Welcome to Journey to Gujarat. By booking a tour or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any bookings.

Company Information

Journey to Gujarat is operated by Gajendra Singh, a private tour operator based in Gujarat, India.

We are not affiliated with the Gujarat Tourism Department or any government authority.

Booking Policy

• All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email, WhatsApp, or our official booking form.
• A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment as communicated at the time of booking.
• The balance payment must be made before the start of the tour, unless otherwise agreed.

Payment Terms

• Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, or other approved payment methods.
• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as mentioned in the package details.
• Any bank charges, payment gateway fees, or currency conversion charges will be borne by the customer.

Pricing Policy

• Prices mentioned are based on current rates of hotels, transportation, and other inclusions.
• In case of tax revisions, fuel price hikes, or supplier rate changes, package costs may be adjusted with prior notice.
• Any special offers or discounts are valid only for the period mentioned.

Inclusions & Exclusions

Each tour package clearly states what is included and excluded. Typical inclusions:

• Accommodation as per itinerary
• Transportation as per itinerary
• Meals as mentioned
• Sightseeing as per itinerary

Typical exclusions:

• Airfare/train tickets (unless specified)
• Entrance fees to monuments, parks, or events
• Personal expenses, tips, laundry, phone calls
• Travel insurance

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation requests must be made in writing (email/WhatsApp).
• Cancellation charges apply as per the following:
• 30 days or more before travel date: Full refund minus administrative fees
• 15–29 days before travel date: 50% of total booking cost
• Less than 15 days before travel date: No refund
• Refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days of approval.

Changes to Itinerary

• We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, road closures, strikes, or government regulations.
• Any changes will be communicated in advance wherever possible.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover:

• Medical expenses
• Trip cancellations
• Lost luggage
• Personal accidents

Liability

Journey to Gujarat acts only as an agent between the traveler and hotels, transport providers, and other service suppliers.

We are not responsible for:

• Delays or cancellations due to weather, road conditions, strikes, or force majeure events.
• Loss or damage to personal belongings.
• Injury, illness, or death during the tour.

Travel Documents

• The traveler is responsible for carrying valid identification (Aadhar card, passport, visa, etc.).
• For foreign travelers, valid Indian visas are required.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bali, Rajasthan.
